In a bold move during Season 4, the burger mysteriously vanished from the game, sparking widespread curiosity among players. For the Season 5 announcement, we capitalized on this intrigue by recreating the Durrr Burger as a life-sized art installation hidden in the desert along with a teaser ad. We engaged the gaming community with clues to discover its location, blending the virtual disappearance with a real-world treasure hunt. Once the burger was physically removed from the desert, it reappeared in the game, completing the cycle of its mysterious journey. This installation brought 25,000 fans out for the adventurous quest and the teaser captured another 45 million sets of eyeballs.
